About us

Justin is a native of the Atlanta-Metro area. He grew up around construction and started working Summers clearing lots, grading, and in his father’s commercial playground business.

After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in economics he worked in various sales & business development roles including 2 start-ups that were successfully acquired.

Taking a new concept or vision and bringing that to life is at the heart of why Justin founded Field & Forge Development Group in 2011. He loves leading the efforts of many towards achieving one vision and goal. Justin and his wife Christin have 2 children and live in Brookhaven.

Tommy Vollmar - Project Manager

Tommy brings a unique and multifaceted background. A Kentucky native and graduate of the University of Louisville, he began his career as an Army Armor officer, where he honed his leadership and organizational skills.

He then obtained a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. In 2017, he moved to Atlanta for an orthopedic residency and successfully launched a start-up clinic, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to patient customer care.

Outside of the clinic, Tommy discovered a passion for the Atlanta landscape with a keen interest in real estate. This led him to begin with residential fix-and-flip projects; then investment sales brokering multi-million dollar commercial properties across the Southeast.

Now calling Roswell home in a residence he personally renovated, Tommy has joined Field and Forge to seamlessly integrate his diverse experiences. He is dedicated to his passions: crafting beautiful homes, providing exceptional customer service, and actively contributing to his local community. Tommy continues to serve in uniform as a UH-60 Blackhawk pilot in the Georgia Army National Guard, boasting nearly 20 years of total military service.

David is a dedicated Construction Manager with a passion for excellence in
every aspect of his work. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget, David has built a reputation for his leadership skills and ability to navigate complex construction challenges. Beyond his professional pursuits, David finds joy in the simplicity of life’s pleasures. An avid bowler and baseball enthusiast, he finds solace on the lanes and excitement on the diamond. He also enjoys cheering on his favorite college football team, bringing the same level of passion to sports as he does to his work. David’s commitment to excellence extends beyond the construction site. He is proud to have achieved a perfect game in bowling, a testament to his precision and focus. Additionally, he holds certifications in Blue Card, traffic control, and OSHA, demonstrating his dedication to safety and professional development in his field. Whether he’s managing construction projects or rolling strikes at the bowling alley, David approaches life with determination, skill, and a spirit of continuous improvement.
